We offer sessions Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM by appointment. Book your session up to 12 hours before the class starts and cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Hoda is a certified sports rehabilitation specialist and prevention trainer with a Master’s degree in Sporttherapy. With years of practical experience and academic training, she helps clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
At NYX GYM, Hoda offers personalized strength training, Pilates, and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs. She works with people dealing with back pain, disc herniation, scoliosis, and more. She also supports clients aiming for healthy, sustainable weight loss, using a smart, motivating, and science-based approach.
Hoda combines evidence-based methods with empathy and encouragement, creating a professional and welcoming training environment. She’s known for her calm leadership, clear communication, and commitment to each client’s progress.

Hoda is a certified fitness trainer with a Master of Science in Sports Therapy. For over 10 years, she has worked with clients of all fitness levels and goals, from weight loss to sport-specific training to improving overall health and achieving a pain-free life.
Hoda specializes in working with athletes and develops training protocols for injury prevention and return to sport. Notably, she collaborates with orthopedic surgeons and sports physiotherapists. She has created a cognitive-neuromuscular training protocol specifically for elite soccer players who have undergone ACL surgery. This protocol helps athletes return to peak performance within 6 months and prevent re-injury.Through her inspiring coaching techniques and positive motivation, Hoda will empower you to achieve your fitness goals.
